At National Electronics Week (NEW), Anders Electronics will be showing a range of products at Stand H18 that will enable designers of HMIs to rapidly upgrade from their existing monochrome user interfaces to colour user interfaces.
Visitors to the Anders stand will be able to see, for the first time, the company’s new AED610 family of pre-configured intelligent connector boards, which will be launched at the show.
The AED610 is designed to speed development of sophisticated user-interface solutions combining an Anders display with an embedded system such as the UMR-X10, or a single-board computer.
Also on show will be the company’s latest addition to its colour STN (CSTN) displays in small sizes, a 2.2-inch, 128 (RGB) x 64 pixel format LCD display, which is aimed at providing a cost-effective, high-performance alternative to existing monochrome LCD modules of the same, or similar pixel resolution.
Anders will also be showing the most recent addition to its UMR series, the UMR-X10-70, an intelligent user-interface solution which allows designers to revamp their products with a full colour touchscreen user interface quickly and easily, by simply using off-the-shelf software and GUI development tools.
Users of small displays will also be able to see how Anders’ latest 5.7-inch QVGA TFT-LCD which features an integrated controller, can deliver significant benefits such as the elimination of the time-consuming task of controller selection and integration.
In addition, Anders is to unveil its latest 7-inch displays for applications requiring a wide operating temperature range from –30°C to 85°C and are ideally suited to applications such as portable information terminals, field-test equipment, automotive, plant machinery and access-control systems.
