Omnetics strengthens marketing team with appointment of Scott Unzen

Omnetics Connector Corporation, a leading manufacturer of miniature high-rel connectors, has announced that Scott Unzen has joined the company’s Sales and Marketing department in a Market Development role. Reporting to Omnetics’ Asia Pacific Sales Manager, Joe Held, Scott will perform a variety of functions including market research, sales, CRM implementation, product recommendation and lead generation.

Commented Held: “Scott comes to us from Medical Concepts Development in Woodbury, MN. He has a diverse background including sales and new business development in the semiconductor, medical device and aerospace industries, and is primarily here to help find us new business opportunities.

Scott graduated from the University of Minnesota, Duluth with a degree in Business Communications. He resides in Eden Prairie, MN with his wife Barbara and two children, Grant (12) and Lauren (9).
