In April of this year TTI signed a franchise deal with EPCOS, a worldwide market leader in a number of electronic component technologies, including power capacitors, SAW components, surge arresters, thermistors, varistors and piezo actuators for fuel injection systems.
In Europe, EPCOS is a top manufacturer of aluminium electrolytic capacitors, EMC components, ferrites, film capacitors, and transformers and chokes.
Since October 2009 EPCOS has been combined with the electronic components business of TDK in the new company TDK-EPC Corporation, which markets its products under the product brands, TDK and EPCOS.
