• The MTMF8233 silicon N-channel MOS FET is ideal for power management applications in notebook computers and lithium ion battery protection circuits. It is comprised of a flat SO8-F1 package featuring low on-resistance between drain and source, and halogen -free packaging.
• The MTM78E2B is applicable for secondary lithium ion battery protection circuits. The compact package (2.1 x 2.0 x 0.7mm) is in an 8-pin flat configuration designated WSMini8-F1. It is ideal for battery packs in mobile devices and also features low on- resistance between drain and source, and halogen-free packaging.
“The integration of leading edge fine trench process manufacturing and Panasonic’s packaging technology has achieved industry-leading low-on resistance,” says Go Nakai, Product Marketing Manager, Panasonic Industrial Company. “This is one of an array of characteristics that distinguish this MOS FET series.”
- Industry leading low-on resistance between drain and source- High reliability through high avalanche current tolerance- Low power consumption- Smaller package footprints- Halogen free packaging
