Marc Kotelon has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Global Sales. He joined KEMET in 1994 and was Vice President, Sales EMEA prior to his promotion.
He has also held various other positions in sales and marketing in KEMET’s operations in France, Germany and the USA and is currently based at KEMET’s European headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. Marc holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics from Ecole Centrale d’Electronique, Paris.
In his new role, Marc will lead the Global Sales Team and direct the various coordinating activities across regions. He will focus on priorities such as global accounts, securing AVL (Approved Vendor List) opportunities with OEMs when products are manufactured in other regions, and coordinating with R&D to identify future product development needs.
Richard Curley has been promoted into the vacated role of Vice President, Sales, EMEA.
Since joining KEMET in 1995, he has held a number of sales and product management positions with the company. Richard holds an HND in Business Studies from the University of Wales and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management from the University of Liverpool.
